QUALITY POLICY

Routinely and thoroughly inspect parts throughout all stages of the manufacturing process including: first piece, in-process, and final inspection prior to shipping the final products to our customers.

ENGINNERING

Machining USA's Engineering Department is equipped to create job travelers, operational prints, in-process inspection reports and all other necessary documents requested by our customers.

The software and file formats listed below are utilized in the part development process.

Engineering and Programming Softwares include: SolidWorks, Mastercam and Fusion 360

File Formats: step, iges, dxf, dwg and various others

Machining USA is equipped with 3 and 4 axis vertical machining center, We also offer horizontal machining center capabilities with pallets and tombstones set up to optimize production and efficiency.
